My role here was to design a responsive satisfaction survey on JWT’s services to be evaluated by their clients. It was a great project to work on despite it looking quite simple in it’s appearance. The challenge here was to keep the user constantly engaged to complete the survey. I achieved this by creating a landing page where the tone of the content is friendly and welcoming. The large point size is for easy legibility and for the user to understand immediately this is not a cumbersome survey and can be done quickly. The user interaction on each page is purposely designed with an element of fun to it. The survey finishes with a simple friendly thank you message.
